Bask in the Spanish sun with this 8-day sightseeing tour of Andalusia’s hot spots. Revel in the sights and delights of Seville, get lost in Cordoba’s country lanes and explore glorious Granada’s historical vestiges and World Heritage Sites before kicking back on the Costa del Sol like a true A-Lister!

The Costa del Sol or “Sun Coast” is an idyllic strip of Spanish coastline which offers everything you could possibly want from a relaxing holiday. A night spent here in heaven on earth will leave you feeling well-rested and glowing, ready to conquer the sights and delights of Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
But before you reach these cultural heavy weights, we’ll whisk you off on a scenic escape to some of Spain’s more underrated (but nevertheless spectacular) destinations: Pizarra and Estepa. With plenty of food for thought, we’ll visit a local citrus farm and sample zesty produce in Pizarra and then try out some of Estepa’s world-renowned “mantecados” (Christmas pastries) afterwards.
You’re in for a treat when we reach Seville, the capital of Andalusia and home to three UNESCO World Heritage Sites (the Alcazar palace complex, the Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies). Round a bend and there’s historical clout as far as the eye can see, especially from the top of La Giralda, Seville’s bell-tower and worldwide symbol. Wander the echoing halls of Seville’s cathedral (the final resting place of Christopher Columbus) before exploring the Real Alcazar, a palace constructed in Moorish style and home to the exact room where Columbus planned his journey to the Americas.
Not too far from Seville is Cordoba, our next stop. Marked by the footprints of the plethora of visitors that have settled within its walls, Cordoba is a World Heritage Site and rightly so. Meander through the labyrinthine historic quarter and whitewashed courtyards of this former Roman province capital, gaze up at the intricate Mezquita (mosque) and enter the seemingly endless number of museums and fanciful flamenco festivals.
And last but not least, we’ll discover Granada in all its glory. This mid-sized provincial capital is one of Andalusia’s prized gems. From the tipple or two enjoyed by students at university bars to the impossibly beautiful monuments and proximity to snow-capped peaks in the nearby Sierra Nevada, Granada offers something for everyone. The Alhambra is arguably the city’s most striking monument, displaying one of the finest architectural legacies of Moorish rule in Spain.
